Sunset Style Fajitas

If you're ever in the Dallas area and are looking for heaven wrapped in a flour tortilla, look no further than the Sunset Style fajitas at Mi Cocina. Chicken or beef fajitas on a bed of cilantro queso and rice and topped with finely cut fried onion strings. They have a little kick to them, but it's well worth the sweat beads on your head. I took these while in Banff on a photo shoot we did for an ad we were working on earlier in the year (see the final shot used for the ad here).
